Oonagh Shannon
Oonagh Shannon is Associate Professor in Experimental Infection Medicine and Senior Lecturer in Oral Microbiology at the Faculty of Odontology, Malmö University, Sweden. Her research group is interested in host-pathogen interactions that underline the transition from health to disease for Streptococcus spp. The group develops in vitro cellular models and in vivo mouse models aimed at improving molecular and cellular profiling of disease and treatment responses.
